03 - MODULE BREAKDOWN
What I did in
complex
CRM DASHBOARD
Transformed provided business requirements, data points, and chart references into a structured analytics interface. Used V0 by Vercel for initial layout exploration, combined with custom UI decisions and Figma chart plugins to create and refine the final dashboard design.
APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT
Redesigned the module to create a more intuitive scheduling workflow. Improved the existing layout by repositioning poorly placed search, filter, and sorting controls, creating clearer filtering and search experiences, and enhancing overall accessibility and efficiency for appointment management.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Designed comprehensive analytics dashboards showcasing reach, impressions, engagement, audience growth, follower trends, content performance, and campaign insights using multiple chart visualisations. Additionally designed comment and chat management interfaces to streamline interaction monitoring and response workflows.
04 - OUTCOME
What the redesigned
achieved
01
Established a scalable UI system with consistent components, layouts and visual patterns across all three modules
02
Improved navigation, data clarity and efficiency within a feature-rich SaaS ecosystem
03
Transformed raw business requirements and data points into structured, scannable analytics dashboards
04
Improved information hierarchy through consistent card layouts, spacing, typography and brand-aligned visual styling to support quick decision-making

"The most rewarding part was translating complex business data requirements into clear, structured dashboard designs - turning raw data points and chart references into an interface that makes decision-making faster and easier."
